Integrated applications
For example, when programs and/or classes are created within League Scheduling or Activity Registration, the corresponding facilities are automatically booked out in Facility Reservation. This integration is shared by all applicaitons under the MaxEnterprise product line.

No multiple installations of separate programs
All applications are contained within the MaxEnterprise system. Your organization’s license file determines how many of the available applications are included.

No data import from one program to the other
All applications are combined within MaxEnterprise.

No duplicate data entry
All applications within MaxEnterprise are fully integrated. Single “customer” database – allows entry of individuals, families, companies, contacts, vendors, etc.

Integrated financial database

Security access by feature
After creating logins and passwords and assigning employees to Feature Access groups, users will only have access to specific features (i.e., scheduling but not receivables, or activity registration but not inventory, etc.)

Security access by Complex
After creating logins and passwords and assigning employees to Data Access groups, users will only have access to specific Complexes (i.e., Recreation Center but not Ice Arena, or Middle School but not High School, etc.)

Instant addition of new applications
If new applications are added in the future, a new license file is the only requirement. No additional program installation is necessary.
